Copy signature is recommended: your details stay as real text and the phone number is tappable. Choose Copy as image if you want the signature to look exactly the same for everyone, including the Montserrat font. In the image version, text can’t be selected and the phone number isn’t tappable, and some recipients may need to click “download pictures” to see it.

The Outlook mobile app keeps its own signature and generally supports text only, so the logo and badge won’t appear there.
- Open this page on your phone, fill in your details, and tap Copy text version for mobile.
- In the Outlook app, tap your profile picture → Settings (gear icon) → Signature.
- Replace the default “Get Outlook for iOS/Android” text by pasting your signature.
Tip: if the logo or badge looks very large after pasting, click the image in the signature editor and drag a corner to resize it.
Using the image version? Paste it the same way, or click Download image and use the editor’s picture button to insert the file, then resize it to about 500 pixels wide. If anything looks off, ask HR for help.
